This prestigious day is celebrated on September 27th. This day honors the founding father of this tradition known as Jennifer. The act of leaf crushing all began when Jenny came upon a perfectly dry leaf and decided to crush it, receiving all the pleasures of the sonorous crunch the leaf made as it became one wit the ground.
