She is the most stupid teacher in the whole world. She doesn't know sh*t and she just annoys her students. Most people avoid her completely and make sure that she doesn't come near them. Ms.Ned is super ugly and she is in love with Mr.Bucca who has a lot of neck fat so it's no figure that she loves him. Overall she is just plain stupid.
