Morlocking

The process of using guile and cunning to attract members of the opposite sex to you who are far more attractive then yourself. The term is based on the race of devolved humans in H.G Wells' sci-fi fantasy The Time Machine, know as Morlocks, who live underground and on occasion climb to the surface to snatch one of the beautiful Eloi.

The term first appeared in conversation between Robert K Walker and Nicolas Costello in 2003 when pissed up on wine.

Nick- Emma is out tonight
Rob- Pfft. She's well out of your league
Nick- I know. She might need some Morlocking

Mortlocking It

Having no concept of time, or the corollary matter of punctuality, whatsoever.

Everyone else was there at 7pm, but I mortlocked it and rolled up at 9.30.
