Mopping the Deck 

A technique used when tea bagging which involves running on the treadmill for approximately 20 minutes in order to acquire suffice perspiration on ones testicles. The testicles are then placed on the desired recipients face and manoevered about in a mopping fashion resembling a sailor mopping the deck.
