A psychological “melt down” / big mood swing linked to the full moon phase of a Lunar Cycle.

Moon phases have always been known to cause mood swings in humans throughout history , hence the ancient term “Lunatic”

Oh my god , I had a huge moon melt last full moon !! I was crazy for 4 days ... it sent me nuts .
