Minh-Quan 

Minh-Quan (Minh Quân in Vietnamese) is often a Vietnamese male name. "Minh" refers to lucidity, intelligence, and agility. In addition, it also has the meaning of uprightness, clarity, and excellence. "Quan" here refers to the leader, who can lead and direct others and is of course an intelligent and visionary person.

In Sino-Vietnamese, "Minh Quân" is also used to refer to a wise, righteus king.
His name is Minh-Quan.
