The unmistakable scent of Mexican food that stubbornly clings to one's clothes, hair, and/or skin after dining at a Mexican restaurant. Individuals who fall victim to Mexi-glow tend to possess a 1 - 2 foot atmospheric radius of Mexican food odor around his or her person.
