Two pound cheeseburger from Mcdonald's. Composed of eight quarter pounder beef patties, eight pieces of cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickle on a sesame seed bun. To order, request a double quarter pounder and have them 'grill' 'add quarter meat' six times. Those who finish the entire sandwich are usually offered a free fudge sundae. Originated in Westfall, PA.
