When a white person is oblivious about their white privilege or their whiteness, in general, it can be described as 'mayonaizing'.

Mayonizing: The act of opening your eyes very big. Something white people do for emphasis or to express excitement.

She was totally mayonizing when she was talking about chinese chicken salad! She totally loves it!
