A man who wears cowboy boots that have a little heel to them so that they feel bigger in stature. He also can't stick to just one woman and feels the need to control her and make sure she doesn't see anyone else but him. He lets his attitude and personality grow to the height he really wants to be. He has to prove to the world that he's "somebody", important and/or in control even though he's short or small in certain areas. They are often called "jerks", "arrogant", etc. because their personality is taller or much bigger than they are making their insecurity even more transparent.

Someone with LMS generally under the height of 5'4" and is always angry . One who needs to be loud and insulting in order to get attention of others.
Did you see that driver with LMS little man syndrome coming? He ran over everything and got out started yelling at everybody then we noticed he was really short and wanted attention . He had LMS for sure .

Common symptoms include excessive shouting, hyperactive kicking, randomly swung punches, inflated hair styles, loud attire, random screaming of "ah fukkin' seen ye" or "aye ye fukkin' did", a pre-emptive approach to taking the piss, getting into fights on work nights out, and furious RAGE caused by Martin Hedley, the nob-end.
