A person who carries the burdens and responsibilities of their family and loved ones, often without recognition.
A Lhumpah is the emotional, financial, and practical backbone of a household — someone who shows up day in and day out, even when no one notices.

Person 1: Are you a lhumpah?
Person 2: Yeah... I’m a lhumpah — day in, day out.
