Someone from Levittown Pa the suburbs of Philadelphia that thinks they are from the Deep South.
You will normally see them packing obscene amounts of chewing tobacco in their lips, driving big mud trucks that never see a gravel road, talking in a fake southern accent or hanging out in the Sunoco or Walmart parking lot.
They will also dress in full camo with square toe cowboy boots and call that their daily attire.
When the XTU concerts come around you can find 98.6 percent of the Levneck population in the parking lots case of busch in hand.
