The thin nasty liquid that drips from the ketchup bottle before the thick sauce reaches the opening

Ketchup Drool 

The runny liquid that comes out of the new ketchup bottle before the good, thicker ketchup squirts out. This is easily solved by shaking up the bottle.
Danny made the mistake of choosing the new ketchup bottle, so his burger was covered in nasty ketchup drool.
