When something is out of your control and you have no real course of action and/or don’t give a shit. Often said while shrugging.

Initialism for "I want it because I want it". Often seen in organizations where a "Product Manager" or Marketing Department dictates what gets produced, without having any data or evidence to back up a need for it; a passion project.

Developer: They asked me to write code to use AI in this totally stupid way.
Developer2: WTF? Why?
Developer: It's an IWIBIWI project.
