When you agree with someone. Mainly used to agree to do something.

Do you want to eat ramen at 4 in the morning? "I'm down"

Hahaha I'm down means...

I'm in, I'm game, I'm up for it, I'm excited about doing that, I'm willing, I'm into pursuing that idea, etc.

It can also mean I am cool with or understand a concept, or I am associated with a group of people.

"hey. I'm about to go skate in an abandoned mall! You in?"
"That sounds sweet. I'm totally down."
Or

"oh! Microbiology? Yeah, I'm down with that."

or

"I'm down with the Usual Suspects Band KY. They my crew, baby!"
