A person who works a lot, either on himself or is simply a workaholic. Further evolution of man after homo sapiens - homo grindus. The term came into use in the corporate community in Prague, Czech Republic, and from there it spread further into the world.

Homo Grindus 

Homo grindus is a person who is constantly grinding, working, whether on himself, on his business, or is simply a workaholic. The term originated in the corporate worker community in Prague, Czech Republic, and from there it gradually spread around the world. This is the next stage of Homo spiecies.
