A Hobofondler is a disturbedperson and/or being, that is overly obsessed with fondling street hobos (also known as bums). These actions of fondling may be sexual or just merely aimed to fulfill a hobofondler's needs or desires. Hobofondler's can be found worldwide, but the best examples can be seen in North America.
