The Hine, also known as a Hyne (pronounced Hęįń) is a mysterious 14 foot long beast who roams around the darkened crevices of Exeter’s clubbing district, fiending for leftvover cigarette filters and pill casings left behind in gutters. He is the beloved father to Bethany Hine and son of Mark Geggy (also father of Bethany Hine)

Despite the complexities of the Hine family tree, the Hine is a well know figure in English culture, whose sighting have been recorded recently in a Toby Cavery, along with his partner Teniché and their grandson Kai Traylor-Smith
