Head HIV 

(Pronounced like hive minus the E not like the disease) Head HIV is when nigligence goes uncheck for a period of time metastasizing into an uncurable mental and social condition known as the Head HIV. Symptoms include: Suffering from irrational nigligence, irritability, blatant stupidity, and in serve cases a change in sexuality.

We had suspected Reiner was suffering from nigligence then he shot me with a pellet riffle. At this point it was confirmed it was too late to do anything and Head HIV had developed.
