Hartman Hips 

Often in animated shows/movies targeting younger audiences, teen/adult females with large breasts may not always be appropriate. The solution to avoid this while still making women look mature is drawing their hips much wider than their male counterparts. The trope is named after American animator Butch Hartman.

Dexter's mom from Dexter's Laboratory
Most of the female contestants on Total Drama

Rita Loud from The Loud House has a pair of Hartman Hips. It makes sense since she has so many kids.
