Guamanian 

A Person who is from the Island of Guam. Natives from Guam are called Chamorros, but regardless of race if you are from Guam you are called a Guamanian.

Adam is Chamorro so he is both Chamorro and Guamanian.

James is Filipino but he was born and raised in Guam so he is a Guamanian.

The name guamanian is what we call our selfs becuase its to annoying to hear someone try and say Chamorro the right way so we say Guamanian instead.
