1: A chubby, wrinkley, yet wise old man with a monotone voice. Groatchrums are often lawyers, or school professors and have a tendency to be overly serious, yet have a wealth of knowledge at the same time.

2: A slang word for an elephant.

1: Hey David, who teaches your math class? I have Dr. Thurman and he is such a groatchrum, I really wish I would have taken a different class. He is sooo boring.

2: Hey mom! Look over there next to the giraffe, it is a big groatchrum!
