GermFree Adolescent 

1. An adolescent that dislikes or hates anything dealing with germs and dirtiness.
2. An adolescent that is basically perfect not mean or rude, can't do anything wrong, has no form of edge, and is germfree no bugs literally and figuratively. Coined by English Punk Band X-Ray Spex

1. Person A: I hate germs and dirt. Person B: Maybe you're a germfree adolescent.
2: Person A: She so perfect, its like she can do no wrong. Person B: She's such a germfree adolescent.
