G TERF is a modified or reclaimed form of TERF where the G marks a specific genital surgery boundary. It describes someone who may accept social transition, gender expression, names, clothing or some cosmetic transition choices while drawing a firm ethical boundary at genital transition surgery. The term is used to distinguish that narrower position from the much broader way TERF is sometimes used in political arguments.
