Fraziersplain 

When someone explains the rules of a boardgame so poorly that the game is practically unplayable. Often new rules will be explained late in the game when they become advantageous for the explainer. The outcome of these games should be questioned and all disparities in the game play should be called out loudly as "FRAZIERSPLAINED!"

When Frazier explained how to play Great Wall, he omitted that there was a discount for building the Wall until it was his turn. "FRAZIERSPLAINED!"
