Combination of frape and fake, referring to when somebody pretends that somebody else raped their facebook profile (see frape), when in reality they did it themselves.
Did you see Karl's profile? Initially it looked like frape, but it sounded like the kind of thing Karl would say, so I'm going to call frake on that one.

When something is believed to be free, but actually isn't, as in fake-free.
Urban Dictionary is totally frake, because it's supposedly free to use, but then you realize it wasn't worth wasting your valuable time with.

To be drunk. It comes from the (fan) theory that Commander Riker in Star Trek: The Next Generation is a functioning alcoholic and everything that he does, from major decisions to hitting on women, is motivated primarily by the fact that he is, in fact, drunk.
