An urban movement of young teenagers with oval skulls and very long necks. They like to demonstrate their brute strength by removing their sleeves from their T-Shirts and showing effectively their long and slim arms. They also like to post selfies after showering or while listening to bad rap. This movement is very popular in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Person 1: Look at that guy he sends me selfies again without sleeves.
Person 2: What a jerk! He must be part of the Filipism movement!
