Something very screwed up, in a state of apoplexy, having or giving shpilkes. As an adjective to describe a messed up situation or messed up person or thing. Sounds somewhat yiddish but is not. The meaning can be somewhat fluid and flexible. Not a compliment. A light insult. Screw-ball.

That is so fadoytin! He it totally fodoytin! He was trying to install a new stereo in his car now it is totally fodoytin. That deli was so good but now it is fadoytin. I would have dinner with her but that is all, she is too foydoytin.

Cigarette: Northern slang for a cigarette, used oft by mashed up mancunian ravers becasue of the resemblance of a hot(electric)stove to the end of a lit cigarette. Originated circa 1991 in the early halcyon days of the rave culture; we speculate during a drug fuelled hallucination by said manc.
