Any Friday where your girlfriend avoids you whenever possible. She eventually dumps you at the end of the day and uses a lame line like "We can still be friends."

Dude 1: So i heard you and your girl broke up.

Dude 2: Yeah it was a total Fade-Away-Friday.

Fade Away Friday

When your girlfriend dodges and avoids you whenever possible on Friday. This always ends with a break up and she will use a line at the end of the day like "We can still be friends."

Dude 1: So I heard you and your girl split.

Dude 2: Yeah, she activated her bitch shield and it was a total Fade Away Friday. Would you believe she said she still wanted to be friends?

Dude 1: Word? What a Hoe.

Dude 2: Fo Sho.
