Eve's Apple

The trans female's equivalent to an Adam's Apple. Some trans females choose to have it removed; others have no choice but to keep it due to lack of money or fear of medical procedures; and others still wear it as a badge of pride or because it doesn't bother them.

Having an Eve's Apple doesn't mean you're not female.

Eve's apple 

The larynxes located within the female throat known as an "adams apple" for males.

The Eve's apple releases endorphins and serotonin into the blood stream and once they come into contact with the hormone estrogen, it creates a negative chemical reaction, causing women to become what we know today a raving bitch.

They also cause men to believe them and participate in whatever unholy activity the women is involved in.
