Epax is epic, but in a larger scale. Imagine something epic, and multiply it by 10.

A flaming zombie is epic, but a flaming zombie carrying lollipops and riding a unicorn is epax.

Constricting, choking, or otherwise stopping airflow from a person in a loving, or hateful manner.

Her look was as strong as her squamatious epaxails, from yesterday; i'm still seeing stars!
