Extra Thick (2018) definition 1: A woman who is a morbidly obese fat ass who believes she is curvy when she in fact lacks any feminine curves at all. Typically equipped with multiple stomach rolls and at least 2 chins and arms the size of soccer balls made out of fat and an ass as wide as a trucks tailgate. Skinny White trash men can often be seen with Extra Thick wives. Or Urban Black Men can often be seen with Extra Thick wives.
