The act of dropping the blunt you had rolled with your friends on the ground, then putting your hands out to have everyone who was going to hit that dank shit, Smack Your Hands. It's kinda like batting your friends hands cause he did something bad.

Stoner number 1: Aww fuck bro... Man, I'm just dropping the blunt today!
Stoner number 2: Aww shit son, you gotta put your hands out, so we can smack them.
