The act of inhaling a large quality amount of marijuana from either a joint or a bowl. The act is thought to be what one of the most notorious marijuana smokers alive (Dr. Dre) would do if given the oppurtunity.

Used as words of encouragment to take a large quality hit of marijuana, much like the famous rapper Dr. Dre would do. If your good enough you will cash it in one hit.

"C'mon Chrystie, Dre that shit!"
"Dre that shit Kyle!"
Past tense: "Mike Dre'd that shit."
