Used when you or someone you are with is or needs to be finished drinking/smoking for the night. Also to describe the end of a meaningless post party/bar hookup.

Dan: Whoa, did you see Eric, it looks like he's had 12 beers.

Jake: Yeah, he's been drinking all day. I think it's safe to say that he's Donezo right about now.
