Verb. Occurs when an individual (usually male) is walking around his house or a locker room naked, not giving a damn that there are other people around him; occurs most often when someone calls you and you're in the middle of changing

Dude, I know the towels in this locker room are moldy, but could you please just grab one and stop ding-donging around?
