A person who uses ill-suited websites, video games or platforms with the intention of finding a romantic or sexual partner as they are simply too pathetic in face-to-face interactions to find a romantic partner offline. Said person is often a teenager between the ages of 13 and 17. However, younger kids may online date as they see older kids doing it and may see it as cool.
