Dad Lip

When a moustache is freshly shaved or not fully grown in, causing the moustache to be sharp and stubble-like at the ends. Most importantly, hairs are longer than the infamous dirt lip.

Cheryl: Last night, when I kissed Earl, I could feel his dad lip against my lips.
