A Cutch can be described as that little annoying munchkin that appears now and then in you worst nightmares. This type of Cutch is a shit-disturber at most and should be approached with extreme caution.
Anthony: that Mike M is a real shit-disturber,
Greg: better call him Cutch
Anthony: good Idea
Mike M: hey guys
All: AHHHH HIDE YOUR CHILDREN

Derived from the words "cunt" and "bitch" to describe someone who is clearly the epitome of both. However, it should not be used as lightly as either. This term is only for those certain people who reach a new level of bitchiness that just cannot be expressed by any other word.
