Croak Neck

Croak neck is the large amount of neck fat that hangs outside of a heavy set man’s collar when wearing a button up shirt. Croak neck derives from the similar appearance to a frog’s neck or vocal sac.

Burt had trouble doing up the top button on the collar of his shirt because of his large croak neck.
