Copulation Cash

Copulation Cash is the public funding source for government and colleges. As long as people keep having kids, the government will remain funded and colleges will be perpetually subsidized.

I just received my tax liability statement from my appraisal district. Can you believe my real estate taxes went up again? I guess I gotta pay that copulation cash so we can keep the schools open!
