Coke Stroke

When a person fills his palm with cocaine and slaps you across the lower part of your face, so the cocaine enters the side of your mouth and nostril. Overall, this leads to a portion of your face getting numbed like you're suddenly suffering from a stroke.

Tony was tired of Danny refusing to party with him, so he gave him a coke stroke and threw him into the car.
