A slight variation of the term "fuck boy". First coined by Caed, a member of the notorious Big Time Mob in 2014. (We thank him for this). Most likely an incel with a god complex with one pair of shoes. Known to frequent drive thru's just to chat up the workers in hopes of copping a number without purchasing a thing. Psssht. Has been known to cut french fries with pocket knives, tip with change, bully the homeless, pick fights with alphas and get rekd. Loves playing the victim. A complete pussy! A cinnamon boy could be heard saying things such as "Hey bro you're not wearing enough cologne" or "Thats so dank". Unfortunately you've met one in your life, fortunately now you know what to call them.
