Originating from the Persian language (Farsi): Meaning 'what the fuck are you saying?'. Normally said when somebody is constantly talking shit. An answer to that individual's shit talking would be "chi migi!?".

Majid: Wow, those cumulonimbus clouds seem to be forming into quite a tremendous thunderstorm.
Hussein: CHI MIGI!!???
