Cheeky for a reason

A British saying, meaning to not take life too seriously.
It is rarely used, so many people don't really understand it.

It is also the title of The View's (Scottish indie rock band) fourth album.
"I'm cheeky for a reason" - Meaning that you're crazy, wild, and that you don't take life too seriously. You're cheeky for a reason.

"I might be cheeky for a reason, but I won't lie" - Lyrics from The View's song Bullet.
