A really large, saggy vagina that is overused. It is often used as an insult.

Example 1:OMFG, I was going down on that girl, when I realized that she had a strong Cheeky Chonka

Example 2: Yo, Kevin Ricci is such a cheeky chonka.

When someone is being exteremly cheeky, to the point that the chekiness fills up their body and become chonky.

Guy 1: dude! Jeff yesterday managed to sneak snaks into the cinema by pretending he was pregnant!
