Paul Wolfowitz got away with starting the Iraq War, but is about to get fired from the World Bank for promoting his girlfriend. He got "Caponed".

To get kicked out of a group on social media, usually a chat room or discord channel. Usually done when a social media public figure is trying to gatekeep their viewers.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.
