Shortened slang for Mexican's. This example refers to basically all brown people tho, not just ones from Mexico. Anyone with light brown skin, smells like beans, and looks like they're fresh over the border is a Can.

We stopped at the Lowe's hardware store to pick up some Cans to help us finish up the yard work.
