10:34 exactly, the time at which for one single minute simpletons cannot decide what to eat.
So they call it something other than breakfast or lunch to satisfy their millennial avocado toast desires...

"Hey, what time should we have brunch?"
"Is 11 okay?"
"I was thinking 10 maybe?"
"10:34...?"
"Perfect"

A term used to describe your average, basic white girl. You know how when you go to brunch and you have a few mimosas with the girls so you’re not quiet drunk but you’re not sober... you’re halfway to greatness.
Girl 1: “omg girl, Olivia is so brunch. Her ass is flat and she’s basic but at least she’s not ugly”
Girl 2: “props to her for trying but she just got brunched”

Often wrongly identified as a simply mixture of breakfast and lunch without any regard to time of day, brunch actually refers to the time of food consumption. Brunch begins after breakfast but prior to lunch. Specifically, it begins no sooner than 10am and no later than 12pm.

"I'm still hungry after my enormous breakfast, but it's too early for lunch. Isn't not too late, however, for brunch!"

a weekend ritual for twenty-something New Yorkers involving the sharing of the first meal of the day with friends after a night of debauchery. Brunch can occur any time after noon and before 5 p.m. on either Saturday or Sunday and serves as a great way to catch up with friends over moderately priced food as well as bloody marys, mimosas or several glasses of champagne. Post-brunch activities often include napping or drunk shopping.
