This is actually quite a niche definition of sex or slapping sound when two people mating. It appears quite frequently in japanese hentai RPG games when the translation is poor and is made with MTL(machine translation).

The sound itself translate to Bread in english and, many translators are lazy(aren't paid enough) and let it there without ever getting a better translation the games themselves.

Bread Santa

A nickname given to anarchocommunist activist, philosopher, and revolutionary Pyotr (Peter) Kropotkin (Russian: Пётр Алексе́евич Кропо́ткин) (1842 – 1921), largely in part due to his appearance: a jolly, balding man with a large, white, bushy beard and glasses. A phrase originally used to mean "let's get money" as bread=dough and dough is a common slang term for money. Nowadays, the term"let's get this bread" is more loosely defined as a sort of battlecry in a sense, calling upon the will of the person(s) to succeed, not necessarily in just gaining monetary funds. It may also be taken more literally as well, as the loaf of bread (or any bread in general) can be a very powerful symbol and source of hype for a crowd.
